Saksupha Resort

The property were happy to take my money in advance through Booking.com when we arrived at the property after 4 attempts to find it was obvious that they had closed down and the facilities were shut.we were told by a lady who claimed she was the resort manager that we could claim our money back through cancellation and they will accept that. After a month of conversations with Booking.com they will not credit our money back as the resort refused to accept it was their fault and that we had simply not turned up. That evening we spent 3 hours trying to find alternative accommodation in the mountain area to say the least ruined my vacation in Thailand to spend a well earned rest with my Thai wife.also debating why Booking.con are not taking responsibility for this as they can clearly see that we booked alternative accommodation on their application for that day.
